how do I disable the car alarm on my 1999 volkswagen jetta TREK? the alarm goes off every time I open the door. This problem has never occured before today. I disconnected the battery to make it stop. I no longer have the door key I only have the ignition key. ideally I would like to disconnect the car alarm permanently.

I lost my ring in a 1999 Jetta volkswagon in the part on the inside of the car where the dash meets the windshield. Not the defrost/vents. I tried to get it out with a coat hanger. How do I get it out? Where did it go?

My antenna broke off and I want to purchase one that I seen online but I don't want to purchase it if I have to get a professional to do it, unless it is cheaper......
