I’m looking to possibly purchase a 1999 VW Bug from a seller who says it has 120k on it. I’ve been driving my 2002 bug with about 73k on it for a year or two now. But I’m not familiar with how long bugs hold up. Is this car worth buying? Thanks!

January 24th, 2011 David I am getting 18-20 miles to the gallon, just bought the car recently. Took it in, and the did a diagnostic check, and no problems. I was getting 35 mpg w/my ’95 Saturn!
