Wolfsburg is a looks edition. Usually rims, side skirts, and an emblem somewhere. If VWs are still made like they were 5 years ago, if you plan on keeping it a while, get an extended warranty (you’ll have electrical issues the day the original warranty expires). Don’t get the 2.0T. you’ll find it’s a dog when needed in highway traffic.

There is loads of info there!! I LOVE this site! Click on the Autos icon and either go with the whole survey (only takes a minute) or just simply click on the I already have a car in mind icon. You will be able to compare it to other vehicles there and it will tell you if it properly suits your needs.
After you have decided that the 07 passat is definetly the right car for you, do some more research. Check out some of these sites too:
You should also search the web for any Passat forums. There you could chat with other Passat drivers, or just read what they all have to say about their cars.

Yes! This is highly, highly recommended, because of the turbo. Also if you get the 2.0T remember to change your oil on a strict basis, 3k-5k miles to be sure to keep away sludge and keep the turbo in good shape.
2. What is the difference between the 2.0T and the 2.0T Wolfsburg Edition?
As said above it is an appearance package. ground effects and badges, some interior badges.
3. Is the Passat a good value for a family of 4?
This is a matter of opinion. It can be a great value. They are popular cars right now and so far from what I have seen the last two generations of Passats are of good quality and value

Package 1 includes the power sunroof, heated seats, heated washer nozzles, 6 cd in dash with Sirius and mp3 capabilities and the diversity antenna (acts as a regular antenna and the satellite radio antenna in one)

1. Yes all Passats and T models require Premium Fuel, All turbo vehicles require that, Trust me you will feel the difference.
2. Wolfsburg edition is a limited edition which is Manufactured in Germany not in the U.S. actualy Mexico to be exact.
3. Passat in my opinion is a great value for anyone, Great engine, great car for a great price.
4. Not 100% on the packages, i believe that the Wolfsberg Edition includes the sunroof.
According to my service manager at Livingston VW, ALL VW’s “perform better” on premium…But certain models like the Jetta with the 2.5, can run on regular without any issues. The best guide is on the fuel filler door..On the 2.5 Jetta it says it requires the 87 octane or greater. The Touareg for example states only premium….The Passat Turbo is absolutely premium(all turbo-charged engines have this requirement)
