Was there a manufacturer recall on the 1999 Volkswagen passats rear windows?

I had read online about a recall dealing with the rear windows of the 1999 passat. If so could someone please provide the an article.

Also if there was a recall and I am having trouble with it am I able to bring it to a Volkswagen dealership and have them fix it? will I be charged?

   If it is a recall the dealership will fix at no expense to you. Just call VW and ask them.
