Definatly sell it here, if anywhere else than ebay, go to CRAIGSLIST.
VW-specific classifieds:
Place it in your local Craigslist. Best of all, it is free….. two things to watch out for, however…..
1) Do not accept payments for cars that will be picked up and shipped.. it is a scam.. Stick to cash or title when the check clears. If they want ‘change’ for their excess payment by check, its a scam.
2) Make sure you get all the paperwork done when they pick up the car and the title is handed over. The sureest way is to meet and the dmv and do it there. Remember that until they transfer title YOU are responsible.
Use eBay, however, to get a good idea of what your car is worth.. since you can see what people actually paid for it.
